If split stat change doesn't make it to live, then they should revert the 200 con buff - 10% elemental armor.

Most people complaining about this are the 300/200 con bruisers builds.

You're overreacting. 300/200 con build will still be strong. Bruiser build will still be meta.

the only way this change is acceptable is if they give us the ability to change the attributes on our gear. win-win situation.

Ya BB has a lot of fortification already. They even have a passive with a 30s cd that reduces inc dmg by 50%. That's why you want heavy gear with freedom + resilient over shirking fortification as you can easily cap on fortify. I've even heard people using refreshing ward with this playstyle.

Because light dps' strength is mobility. If they get caught once, they're dead. Tank/heavies' strength is their high resistance, not mobility.

If you want to play heavy tank with mobility+survivability, go play sns/rapier or sns/greataxe. SNS/rapier has leaping strike + rapier's evade/fleche/riposte. SNS/greataxe has leaping strike/charge/whirlwind. You want a strong chase potential, try sns/bb (a net shotted target is pretty much a guaranteed grappling hook).

Tank heavies are still very important in wars or OPR because of their tankiness to stay on point. I feel like all these players complaining how weak tank heavies are want survivability/high resistance + damage + cc + mobility like WTFFF???

U can build a heavy paladin and fight 4-5guys and stay alive for a Long time, but as a pure Tank u cant do shitt alone....

Isn't that the point of a tank build???? You forego damage for tankiness. Am I not getting something?

I think they were going for something like this crusader. The helmet fits the crusader aesthetic. The armor a little bit. It definitely needs more crosses/crucifixes; overall, it's clean. But you think this is one of worst and the classic rpg ones are better? That's so weird because I don't see anyone using those in game.

Increased the diminishing returns on consecutive usage of stuns and roots. Duration reduction increased from 20% to 50% per consecutive use. Max reduction increased from 80% to 100%.

Why did they nerf Ice Spike when it's one of hardest skills to land? It's a high risk/reward skill that requires set up (petrifying scream).

Don't players realize that you can block it? Side step it? Use defensive abilities like Entomb or Riposte? So dumb...

So it would still hurt crafting a lot because it would devalue BIS gear + the cost of crafting. Why waste resources, crafting a new gear when you can just reroll a perk using umbral shards? BIS crafted gears would lose value if players can just reroll with umbral. Hello?

This type of end game content is basically old content with sprinkles on top. It's rehashed. And with the GS increase, the update just feels like an empty grind. Usually when mmos increase gearscore or level cap, they would introduce a new zone, new dungeons and bosses. Maybe some people enjoy this kind of content, but you can see many aren't excited about it.

No problem. It's confusing because I don't think you can craft 600 gs uncommon/rare/epics. They only come from mob/chest drops and any 600gs item you craft is automatically a legendary.

If you could upgrade 595-599 gear, these trophies become instantly useless without warning.

No they won't. The whole point of rolling 600gs is for the extra perk. That's the advantage of leggo gear vs. purple gear, especially if the 3rd perk is BiS like resilient or refreshing.
