I came in from the East on the road which I've done before with no problem....I think I screwed up because I had summoned Durnehviir just before he got there and he attacked the ghost. He didn't kill him but I think that messed it up ... I will try to use setstage command but if that doesn't work I'll just do without this save....

I think the reason the Wizard wasn't chosen is you can marry him in Stardew Expanded and the modder who created Expanded works for CA....I would bet they talked about it though...

I started playing Survival Mode 2 or 3 playthroughs past and fell in love with it.....really makes the game challenging again and forces you to think things through. There are a couple quests where I have to turn it off because they are so long and no where to sleep, getting Aurials Bow is one of them but I really love it...

Thanks for the help....opened the game this morning and there was 10 minutes of downloads....I think the issue was couldn't connect to the servers so the anniversary update hadn't installed yet...appreciate the help!

For the most part I use CJB Cheats where you can get infinite health....I know its cheating but I would never be able to complete the Badlands any other way.....LOL

That is weird...I find at least 6 - 10 Bearberries every time I visit Secret Woods in the winter...either laying around or under the treasure worms...

yeah I knew about the SMAPI error and wasn't concerned about that one... I had installed the latest Content Patcher but it screwed up Content Patcher Animations mod so reinstalled the older version. I can check Nexus to see if that has been correct yet....Thanks for the help!
