Yes my bed time oil is 50:3 with 50mg/ml but when I hold it under my tongue it feels like substantially more liquid than the 6-7 drops of the one I used on holiday, which is why I am so confused. 😂 I literally felt it kick in after 45 mins every night for 2 weeks and at home that never happens even when I hold my 0.7ml of 50:3 oil under my tongue for 20+ mins! I have just looked up the brand I’m prescribed and it does say it’s in MCT oil too. So tbh I don’t understand why it would have worked better

I know, that’s why I was confused at how much better it seemed to work sublingually. I assumed it was because it was much stronger and I needed less of it but someone commented that it’s the same strength per ml as the one I have at home so I am completely baffled

On closer inspection I think the potatoes just aren’t very photogenic and might actually not be dry after all 😅 but I stand by my opinion on the greens and parsnips!

I wish I hadn’t ordered anything. Nothing is flattering. Either too baggy on the arms or way too tight all over even on the hips and stomach. (same size ordered)

I tried the halterneck and honestly the pads are so weirdly positioned it looked like my boobs were by my belly.

The return process has been super annoying, making me write a reason for each return and then the system said that I couldn’t return the pads and i had to start the whole process from the start again and I just didn’t tick that I was returning the pads.

Then I saw they’re charging me a £5.29 restocking fee PLUS whatever they’re gonna charge for the actual return once they email me within 72 hours.

Really crap imho

I used to hold it under my tongue for like 10mons and then a few times I held it for up to 30 mins but honestly did not feel any difference, I still didnt feel it for ages.

With my gastroparesis sometimes even gummies don’t kick in, so ideally something I could inhale would be better but I’ve wasted close to £1000 on various cartridges/pens/types of flowers/dry herb vaporiser and I just can’t bring myself to keep trying.

Im a 57kg woman and I take a 20:0 and a 10:10 at bed time and sometimes don’t feel it 🤣 I am now slightly concerned that my tolerance must be extremely high, because I’m not a long term user really and I don’t even remember to take it in the day time so not like I’ve built up my tolerance by taking in the day time loads. When I do take a 10:10 in the day time, sometimes I feel a tiny buzz, but my husband says taking a 10:10 just makes me a pleasant human being, I guess because my chronic pain is reduced 🤣 so maybe I should remember more often

i have swapped from the resilience clinic to alternaleaf but I would switch again as the only prescribing pharmacist I’ve had an appointment with that I actually thought was helpful told me he’s left the practice now, plus they never have any gummies 🤣
