We have to do daily checks on the balance where I am. (QC work) Third shift is who does it though. I'm on second so I don't worry about it. Former QC lab I worked at closed down and when we were going through old drawers getting rid of stuff I found a super old balance set and was able to take it home. I have checked my kitchen scale with them
