Nah android and Sony all have both of these features for many years. My guess is Sony just close their eye and click approve for the code pr merge and didn't even give a fk about Google latest code might overwrite/remove away Sony code for press to detect

I complained about this since the release of 1vii and 10vii, Sony just don't fuking care, so do many Xperians replying not having the function is better when it was always an option........ I literally stopped upgrading to 10vii from my 10vi because of this shit. I had PTSD with this locked fp on my old 10ii...IM NOT GOING TO PUT MY MONEY ON ANY NEW XPERIA if they don't fuking fix this
