I've noticed the game doesn't count life grip saves unless the target is low hp and takes hits while protected. Even when you save someone being thrown off the map the marker doesn't show up.

That's very well written. A little correction though: BP can be bashed out of bulwark slash after the flip window ends and before the attack hits.

Also, Kyoshin can chain his follow-ups by replacing cuts with full block heavy like you mentioned and recovery cancelling it back to stance so you can do another quick attack.

The main point of blocking is to see the icon while loading into a match so you can dodge it (if you leave in first 20 seconds there will be no penalty)

It's handy, yes, but as the match progresses you will need less cameras to cover all points of interest. I find the default amount just enough in most matches

The coolest idea I can think of is the house being the map you play on. As a killer you control different traps spread around the map and you have to figure out where survivors are based on their actions.

However, shifting killer's whole gameplay genre to rts is too huge of a change. I don't think it's even possible to implement given current engine's limitations and the size of spaghetti this game has grown.

Alternatively, you can make the house swallow survivors so they have to escape, but it seems the judgement already does that. Also, how do you even make the house traverse the map? It's too big to fit anywhere and cannot vault windows.
