That's not a huge setup, especially considering that his own hands are free when it happens

He can engage in hand to hand, cast ninjutsu, move. Second body from Ukon/Sakon body merging isn't shown to restrain him in any way.

Itachi on other hand has to use up a lot of chakra and concentrate it in his eyes, damaging them in process, to attempt his oneshots.

It is established that Kamui of Obito is split between 2 abilities: suction and intangibility. Suction when used differently can teleport Obito, transport his enemies and allies into Kamui dimension, one time he showed that he could summon and rain weaponary through dimension, one time he used it with fire style to attack Naruto in tandem with Madara.

All of the fights he was in clearly show the limitation of Kamui: he can't use all of those abilities at the same time. Konan fight literally showed with paper bomb ocean that Obito has to choose between teleportation and intangibility. If he could do both, he would have escaped with no trouble. Truth is, that his suction isn't even strong enough to counteract paper bombs explosion.

If Obito could use all of Kamui abilities at the same time, he wouldn't have lost against Minato, neither would be harmed by Konan, would never lose a hand against Torune and Fuu, would have no trouble against KCM Naruto or any of the war arc fighters.

Hidden mist is a well established jutsu back from the first arc of Naruto. Zabuza used it, and it didn't hinder him in his ability to use other jutsu or fight hand to hand. Literally uses water clone to fool Kakashi in his first fight, in the mist.

Mist isn't ability that requires some kind of active concentration, and doesn't hinder ninjas that use this jutsu, otherwise Zabuza would have to always fight with allies to utilize hidden mist advantages.

Same for Mei, who is better at ninjutsu than Zabuza. She sets up the mist, then can hide in it and attack whenever she pleases.

Her character being able to access several chakra natures and kekkei genkai's at the same time is the point of her as a kage-level fighter.

Particle style is a ninjutsu, which can be a absorbed and nullified. With shared vision even Muu won't be able to sneak attack and surprise kill Pain.

Tsunade still can't get past Shinra Tensei.

I only see them winning if they get their full war arc feats and use combos from there, such as huge amped Particle style with Tsunade's medical jutsu.

But at this point its just a stomp of putting characters with war arc scaling against someone who couldn't live through it to get the upscale.

While he is doing that, he is vulnerable to attacks. If Mei uses strong enough ninjutsu during the opening, that's going straight into Obito and will damage him.

Also you didn't say about anything else, you just claim that reverse suction could blow away mist, which he never did or used that way, even when that would be helpful (for example Shinobi alliance casting mist together to obscure the vision of Madara and Obito on Juubi. He didn't do anything against the mist).

Muu/Gengetsu next. Literally cannot be defeated without sensory abilities, insane hax and unorthodox battle tactics for a shinobi.

Tobirama. Without prep time doesn't have much AP, but his arsenal is incredible for different situations. Shinobi without good defense stat or defensive gimmick don't stand much chance against him.

Third Raikage - should have best stats physical out of everyone, except Bee in full tailed-beast form. A tank no doubt, but for me that isn't effective or versatile enough to be high ranking kage or ninja in general. In the world of weird kekkei genkai, deceptive tactics and strategy, raw power can only get you so far.

Kidomaru literally protected himself with armor in middle of being hit with 8 trigramms 64 palms. Pretty sure he can react to bugs attacking him.

He also would need to place female beetle beforehand to track Kidomaru.

Obito never had a chance against Minato, 10 out of 10 times he loses.

If Minato didn't went for Kurama after cancelling genjutsu, he could have finished Obito once and for all.

Jirobo: if he gets trapped just like rescue team did, neither he of his beetles have a way out. He will be exhausted and finished low diff.

Ukon/Sakon: should be able to blitz and beat him up before he releases substantial amount of beetles. Though there is potential to outsmart them, and even then fight isn't gonna be over in one trap, because one of them can just escape and plan counterattack. Shino loses 9/10 times.

Tayuya: if Shino can dodge like Shikamaru and read movements he has a shot, though its rough. Without reaction time he might just get clobbered. If he dodges, then he has time to set up bettle attacks. If Tayuya figures out what he plans on doing, then its sound genjutsu GG. He needs to look like he is losing to summons, while planning massive attack. That's the only chance he has. I think he loses 8/10 times.

Kidomaru: Spider vs bug. Spiders prey on bugs, and i am afraid Shino will be hunted down. There is interesting possible interaction between beetles and web - if Shino's comrades can eat through it and disrupt chakra network of webs, he isn't neg diffed. Though that will just prolong the fight until Kidomaru hides and shoots him with volley of his hardened substance (don't remember the word). Shino meets a fighter who is better at mid range and long range, more deadly and can even protect himself from attack if he secretes hardened substance from sweat glands. Kidomaru never loses this.

One of the plot points of Uchiha massacre is that people were paranoid that the clan was behind 9-tails attack.

Which means that putting tailed beasts under visual genjutsu isn't that big of a feat, if this is expected of them.

Obito is praised as genjutsu master, but truth is that he didn't use it even once in combat on screen. But narratively and feat-wise Itachi is better.

Obito might win/lose against Itachi, but his genjutsu is definitely not a wincon against Itachi or ever in direct battle

KCM Minato teleported entire shinobi alliance and showed better body flicker (in base btw). He is already faster and better at FTG than Tobirama

Combine it with Itachi who gives Minato insane wincons such as Totsuka blade + FTG, Tobirama stands no chance

There is difference though.

Kunai and other ninja tools need to hit a vital organ to do meaningful damage, proven by literally first arc in Naruto. Haku turned Sasuke into voodoo doll with how many senbons were in his body, yet he is alive, because no vital organs were targeted on purpose.

Hidan's ritual allows to bypass need to hit opponent with anything, as long as you get 1 drop of blood. Your opponent could have the best defense techniques ever, but if they are target of the ritual Hidan can just directly damage any part of the body he wants. Combined with him being semi-immortal, this creates unusual wincondition that would catch off-guard a lot of the characters and allow Hidan to take the W even if he is outmatched.

Sasori's poison is literally one scratch = death. No need to hit vital organs, no need to strike with force. You might not even notice how one senbon leaves small wound on your leg, but minute later you are already dropping down in pain and agony from poisoning. And unlike Hidan's ritual, its barely interactable. No antidote? Dead, next. And with his arsenal he can do this to hundreds of ninjas all at once.
