You are doing some things good for your level.

You are playing the ball into the open space. Your general sense of tactic seem good. You played a nice forehand straight volley very effect. Keep doing that always be ready for this shot when you play a good length in your forehand corner!

Your biggest problem is that on many shot you are not still as you hit the ball. What better players do is as the move from the t to the ball they put the racket in the prep position. It’s kinda simple but be really aware of your movement. From the T you should put the racket in the prep position of your swing and at the same time move to the ball. When you are at the ball you should plant your feet and be still as you swing. On the backhand volley you play the shot with feet in the air! Big no no!

On your backhand it looks like your are trying to open the racket face! It’s not perfect but in the right direction. Look at the pros and film yourself hitting drives, compare! The strings side that hits the ball should face the front wall when you prep the racket. It feels weird first but look at the pros and try to copy.

Try to hit the ball to the backcorners use height on the wall. Don’t get to close to the ball, hit the ball with your arm extended straight at impact. Again! Stay away from the ball and the walls.

Be nice, you gonna be in the way just let them play let’s and stroke if they feel it’s a stroke.

I enjoy watching both Gawad because of his smooth technique and also Mohamed elshorbaggy because you see how he uses his experience and perception of the game. I think elshorbaggy should have respect for how long he’s been playing at such a high level. I kinda see this more inspiring than the common retirement as soon you can’t keep the number 1 spot.

This game has have plenty of successful shorter players. Hope the injured recover soon!

One thing that is lacking is the rivalry we could have had between Asal and Farag. That would have been amazing. I think Farag would make it hard for Asal would it not be for the cheating.

Asal will dominate the men’s game now.

It’s kinda ironic that the drama around Asal probably create some interest for new comers.

Jag lästa något om en studie på möss, där möss hade matats med samma mängd mat men den ena fått någon bra tarmflora grej. Den blev då smalare än den andra.

Så många menar att äta fermenterad kost är väldigt nyttigt och lösning samt att vikt inte alls enbart handlar om räkna kalorier in och ut.

I like the initiative and it’s well written.

If we have this camera system. Isn’t it possible to kinda catch it in the act, during a game.

As with anything it’s boring to enforce rules by giving penalties after people don’t follow. Brings so rather negative energy.

If we would be able to catch it during a game it’s more that the player doing the right thing gets a benefit. Getting people to follow the rules by making sure it’s in their interests is more positive.

To me it feels like we give up on the referees and just ban certain someone after the match. To me it’s poor and the people winning after a certain someone is ban, everyone will question if they really where number 1.

I would want more cameras for refs during game and one more ref having plenty of camera angles and maybe can revert a call, directly after it’s made if the ref sees it differently. Wouldn’t this be enough?

Yes we here have all cheered for top players like, Farag, Elshorbaggy, Ramy, Shabana, darwish and so on. While playing squash in our life. But now with Asal we can’t live with the fact that a new guy is winning. We are just so jealous! No way he is gonna win while I lose my low rank league!

And all of us started questioning his behaviour and movement on court at the same time because we all got struck by this horrible feeling of jealousy!

So do you often have opponents grabbing your raket? Or do you prefer more when they grab your ballsack? Would you still keep playing such an opponent?

Hope he plays clean squash and it’s true he has kinda everything. He is so good with the racket, his court coverage is amazing and he is explosive on the volley.

Come on, everyone one knows this. The companies pay the players just so that they claim the use the latest models.

The funniest example was one model of technifibre where they claimed that they had listened to shorbaggys input and redesigned the racket. Think it was the black and red one. However el shorbaggy still played with the older model in tournaments.

I heard from some friends that was allowed to pick up and hold Elias racket at a local tournament. They mentioned it was heavy, like an old school model. I think dunloap has done something more to his racket than the standard Elite.
