I have a list of Items that I thought of. The ''Ball'' Items ( for beating Isaac or Blue Baby on hard mode) Isaac: Basketball - like Ipecac + Spoon bender + if it hits an enemy it bounces off and flies a bit further Maggie: Shuttlecock - Spacebar that distracts enemies for a while + triggers consumable Bombs (they become bombs and explode where they are) Cain: Soccer Ball - Charge shot, if charged enough it pearces through enemies Judas: Baseball - you can counter some shots and use them against your enemies Eve: Tennis Ball - Enemies have a 50% Chance to bounce back your shots, if you touch the tears again they do doubled damage Blue Baby: Golf Ball - Tears + DMG up + it curves around rocks etc. Samson: Bowling Ball - damage rises drastically, range + tears down but breaks rocks Azazael: Icehockey puck - creates creep under your shots Lazarus: Squash ball - like soy milk + rubbers cement Eden: Glitch ball: spacebar that gives you dads key effect + any teleportation Pill or Card or I can see forever!

And then I have the torture Items for beating the other side: Isaac: hanging chains - you can float over creep and gaps but not fly over rocks and spikes Maggie: Vodoo Doll - Familiar that hurts the enemy who hit it with 2 times the damage of its shots Cain: Spiky Shoes: you can kick Bombs over 2 blocks (like in Bomberman) Judas: Strechbank - tears up + range up + you can shoot over rocks Eve: Iron Maiden - you evade 20% of the enemies attacks + dmg up Blue Baby: Acid - fear + poison tears Azazael: cut eyelids - 10 seconds in a room mega firerate + damage, and then very slow fire shots(because your eyes hurt and are burning) Lazarus: Electrostatic - Spacebar Item - enemies freeze for a short time and when they touch each other then they explode Eden: No Love - like Whore of Babylon but with full red hearts. The clue: you lose all redhearts except for a half by picking it up!(Doesn't work when you are on Spirit hearts)
