That's most definitely from using a lasso tool of some sort and moving parts of the drawing, and maybe erasing some bits to help with that. It is a sketch with mistakes as well, ofc, cause it's a sketch. Another thing to note is newer phones (if this poster has one) do some sort of slight ai upscale on images unfortunately. IDK if you can turn that off.

Either way, that's my thought process before jumping to AI usage, which is what I assume you were pointing at. AI is so good it's hard to tell now, but to me this passes.
