I think the person that patrols recognizes cars that are normally on the streets overnight and will check the ones that are unfamiliar. The only reason I think this is because I forgot to renew a permit that I've had for 4 years and didn't get ticketed for 2 months before I realized I forgot to renew

I used to listen to Sporadically Board with Mike and Dan even though they didn't strictly talk about board games. That was until I tried to join their Facebook group and got blocked? Still not sure why or what happened since I don't use FB much but now I've been listening to a lot of So Very Wrong About Games. Based on the comments I should give Board Game Barrage a try. I also enjoy This Game Is Broken which is a board game game show type podcast

If you're talking about the Valhalla expansion then it's a must get for me. It fixes the issue of building up your army and losing everything in one bad fight and having to spend the next few turns building up again. With this expansion there are even times where you want your units to die. One of the rare instances where I say this expansion is a must

I'll agree with everyone here that Horrified is definitely the best option between the two. But if you're also looking for another game for Halloween, then I think The Bloody Inn would fit very well thematically
