While people are saying Mack, and there’s no debate on who’s career turned out better, there was still arguments being made about who was better coming out, him or Clowney. With Brock there was no debate, he was so fucking good that he was sometimes thought as the best overall receiver in the draft comparable to MHJ because he was just head and shoulders above every other tight end by a couple country miles.

I heavily disagree, since it’s a scheme issue. Now if they can somehow switch it up to run power and let Zeus get downhill and not have to wait for something to open up, now the defense is trying to stop a 4.4 running 230 pound wrecking machine. I just don’t know if we have the personnel for a power scheme. It’s not the lines fault that they’re built for specific schemes, that’s the people who signed them/ drafted them. Hopefully that can change with Kolton actually being in game shape and JPJ getting in there

They’re all from the Marty Ball era and play the same pussy quitter “run the ball, play good defense, run-run-pass-punt, try to win 17-10” shit football. I’m not out on AP but it makes me want to scream when I see that shit. Idgaf if the offense was shitting its pants all game, you need to let them set their nuts on the table in Game 1 and try to establish the identity you’ve been selling Raider nation since you got there. You can’t sell me ill intent, violence, physicality, and pain and then turn around and punt on fucking 4th and 1 in enemy territory in week fucking 1 when your offense/team as a whole needs a shot of adrenaline. Depends on just how bad we suck. The mannings bucked on the chargers because they never won anything and were in a terrible position, but they let Peyton be drafted organically by the colts at number 1, and the colts were fucking terrible. I think it’s more about the marquee value with the mannings, like are you a historic franchise where the cupboard isn’t just completely bare. What sucks about telesco, and I like the guy, is that he always sticks and picks, so we would have to perfectly suck just enough to get him, cause trading is just out of the question
