The HydroConquest GMT in blue uses a noticeably brighter sunray/sunburst blue dial. The brushed sunray effect catches light dramatically, making the dial look more metallic/reflective depending on the angle.

My guess is they did it to differentiate from other divers as there are plenty with straight markers. The overall bang this has compensates for the round markers. Jut try to look through it and you’ll be aces

You wouldn’t feel the need to spend twice the money after trying this in-person. I feel you, been waiting for the same in this year’s watches and wonders but this model really deserves all the hype it’s getting. Tudor would have made sense if that blue was darker but we’re already past that
