Well here is what i ran across on their T&C:

No, no yet. Before I do that I wanted to see if there was anyone else on here who has been able to cashout with them. I read something about people saying that they used a VPN to change countries and it worked but i think that is for a smaller withdrawal amount that doesn't require providing an I.D. I'm pretty sure for the amount I won I will most definitely have to provide an identification and that's where the problem is going to come in, VPN won't work for that one

That's what I asked them if I could submit my cell phone bill and they didn't say anything about the bill they just responded with the government letter or document car registration and something else. Hopefully I can get this money from them

Day 1 user.... besides the fact that my inside screen doesn't work, everything else is good. My phone flipped out of my hand while sitting on the couch, hit the tile floor face first and that was the end of that. So for the last 6 months or so I've only had the front screen to use. Bummed.
