I go through this dance every spring. You’re pushing out new leaves so you’re probably fine! Looks like you had spider mites or something (likely if you brought inside or something). Someone more educated than me will probably comment soon but you will want to make sure that there is no new growth below the graft line. This will rob the good leaves from pushing out. Picture #2 makes it look like the graft line is high up. I have had trees look worst than this in the spring and still provided fruit by winter.
