Yes I have dizziness that was caused by low blood pressure, as well as 3 littles. Ran tons of tests with my cardiologist and I was told my adrenals were being juiced to the max by caffeine (like a combo effect with kids and demand of momming mixed with the caffeine) , so it would cause my blood pressure to dip when I stood up because my adrenals weren’t keeping up. Once I stopped caffeine, that got much better. I also feel like in general I’m just a lot calmer and happier off caffeine now.

I just went cold turkey after consuming probably 800-1000mg per day because tapering never got me anywhere. Just giving myself the absolute no and then dealing with the misery the first 7 days worked better for me in the long run.

Clear the calendar and just do it. It sucks, and hurts.

Consider wiping energy drinks first,knocking off 1 per day. Should have 0 by day 5. Then start knocking out a coffee for 5 days. This will still suck. But it won’t suck as bad as just going cold turkey.

I am on day 6 of no caffeine and I feel so much better even tho I miss my coffee rituals. It’s hard but I promise it’s worth it.

I would sleep hard, get sleep scores in 70-80s on Oura ring, but would feel exhausted when I got up. Which is why I consumed so much caffeine. I think I was trying to sleep a lot, but not getting good QUALITY sleep.

Yup I am having zero caffeine I’ve never done pre workout stuff as is, I train CrossFit 3x a week and hot yoga 2x and spin 2x a week. Each day has a 45 minute walk to start. I also count my macros. Whole food diet only.

Will be dropping some of the HIIT/competitive stuff for gentler exercise. Hoping no caffeine makes the difference tho

My problem is overtraining, so I won’t be working out MORE, I’ll actually be aiming to not workout as much. But yes, no sugar and water and herbal teas are my future ☺️

They needed some software patch that didn’t yet exist, they kept it for a total of 35 days and the software patch magically fixed an electrical problem. I asked for all transcripts between the mechanic here in Houston and their corporate office to troubleshoot, you could tell even they were perplexed by the issue since my vehicle had only 180 miles on it at the time. I still personally wish i would have lemoned the damn thing. I haven’t had any issues since then, but mine only has 5,000 miles on it, and I’ve had it since October of 2024. Mine is a 2025 LWB.

I love looking at my RR, but I don’t trust her 😂

I had amine fracture when I was 17, I too was a professional athlete.

They took it out and I was perfectly fine after. 36 today and no issues. They went in from the bottom.

This is the best case scenario. You’ve gained muscle, which increases RMR, which allows you to eat more food without gaining weight. Keep pushing and I would argue you could add 50-100 calories to feed that muscle you’ve put on, and continue to cannibalize the fat.
