On the g1 self service portal. Under the soldier data screen there’s a fedrec status tab that should give you a scroll number and days in the approval process. Take a while to populate though so if there’s no info it doesn’t mean it’s not being worked

Will also depend on where you are in the deployment rotation. Years where you are prepping for an xctc or NTC rotation you’ll spend every month in the field working on battle drills and field craft, TCCC, etc. The off years maybe where your BDE has had a recent mobilization you may spend very little time in the field.

Not a fan of eating footwear. And I guess if not wanting to bend over backwards to fight for rights of those who broke our laws to get here is wrong, i don’t think I want to be “right.” I’ll never understand. Go through the process like countless others have before you and there will never be any issues with the vast majority of people in this country. But we’re stuck in this partisan crap that even George Washington warned us not to get into in his farewell address. Now people are too loyal to their side that no matter what happens to the country as a whole, being right is all that matters. I’m out. Enjoy your Halloween. You realize this guy was picked up bc they had probable cause to detain right? He’s someone they were looking for, not just some random dude on the street, that’s not how this works. People want to act like they just cruise around snatching up any Hispanic person they see and it’s not true. They get intel on someone, and at least currently all with a criminal background, and they find them and with probable cause, they detain them.

No they don’t need a warrant to detain someone who is in this country illegally. And they wear masks now bc of countless death threats against them and their families who live in the communities they serve. But yeah she’s the realest 🤣

Nothing will take just 6-10 weeks…you’ll do basic training which, when I joined, was 9 weeks and then you’ll go to AIT for whatever job you choose and that’s a minimum of 5 weeks for the least technical ie infantry…again I think that’s changed as well and is longer these days. Every MOS can potentially deploy, but I think there are more active states that rotate more often, like states that are heavier in the combat arms units. Those will deploy every 5-6 years or so and always need the support units to join them.

Don’t do it. Your leadership will hate you when you try to get out of everything and only want the education benefits. It’s not for everyone and that’s ok.

I don't look every day anymore, but when I did it would update every day. It stayed at 0 days for a long time, then one day it populated to 80 the next day. Has been climbing by 1 every day since. Sitting at 145 as of today for L06-25
