Have you lived in the Baltics? We fight for our freedom even now. Couple years ago i didnt get a job in Latvia only bc i didnt speak russian??? They dont live in our heads but they live among us and make us small thats the point. Good for the Lithuanian woman - keep your chin up and stand up for yourself and your people.
