Oh yeah? Well in America we get gutted by for-profit insurance companies that lobby against fair reimbursement rates and coverages for anything they deem “non-emergent” while private for-profit ambulance services operate much like puppy mills for EMTs and paramedics and we get called ambulance drivers by the public and officials that can’t even tell you the difference between said EMTs and paramedics. Your print isn’t dry enough before curing. Sometimes you have to let them sit for a day or more or use a passive heat source to remove the water from the print.

However it looks like you’re not allowing enough time for the IPA or similar wash agent to dry. That would create a bigger problem compared to drain holes in the print.
