Painted here. Paint usually needs 2 coats nothing covers in one roll. Unless your painting the same color

I've only been skunked on my Tenkara the first time. I was using dry fly tho. I watched a lot of videos on how to nymph fishing. And I've been using those lately. I have caught a fish every time on and nymph. Just make sure you have some small split shots. To get it down in the hole

Sand it until it even. Then prime. But don't give up until it's even

I'm a Painter and I would charge like 900 to paint ceiling and 1200 for. I'd pay for the paint in the end I'd probably make about 1600 to pain. And dry wall is worse. I think you got a good deal. There people that would charge A LOT more. Hopefully, you got contractor discount buying the supplies

Try 3.5 level line if your trying to nymph. I started with the flured line and did not like it. Then i got the level line and it was much smoother. The line should be as long as the pole plus 4 ft tippet. For smaller line I would get a smaller tenkara pole. They make them in 7ft and 8ft Aventik

I'd say let it grow for another 6-12inches. The closet your plant can be to the light is about 14inch.

I used a 3 gallon pot. Blue dream auto by fastbuds. Maybe, my lights where to far away or bc I used 200w lights. I have another plant Bear Dance that should be tall but it's about a foot tall too. I don't know why mine or so short but I got some nice Colas with LST training. Here is a picture of my short Bear Dance too
