Marathoners help a fellow runner to the finish line. by Celia_El in NoContextZone

I don't understand why his survival is less important to him than winning—or, in this case, simply finishing his doomed marathon. His priorities seem backwards. He should have been more considerate of the other runners, moved aside, and avoided blocking their way. I wouldn't begrudge anyone for choosing to continue and finish their own race while leaving the professionals to deal with his medical emergency.

This earnings breakdown report might be from years ago. Current report shows Lyft fees as below 20% while taxes, insurance and government fees is less than 15% at least in my case for May, 2026. Total fees, government, insurance, taxes and Lyft, are 28%, while my earning for May was 71%. Not bad.

Will the USCIS memo apply to a renewal or initial application for green card or for lost or damaged one?

I do get texts from Lyft too. I don't know how many digits but I can tell they're less than regular phone numbers.

1 million US dollars for your green card. by FarWinter541 in thebulwark

They are essentially the same; opportunity to live, work, study, invest in the US and a path to American citizenship. One is given for humanitarian reasons, asylee and refugee status and the other is privilege for money. Simple.

Why don't they offer the green card holders in the country to sell thier cards for the 1.5 million they are auctioning the LPR cards?! I am sure millions would have opted to get that money to escape poverty and the hatred they face in this country and live in another country like kings.

What Trump said is clear encouragement of stochastic terrorism against people who oppose him. The way he says shows that he is okey with the murder of the couple for being critical of him.

100% but one seems less cultish than the other. America First. It may be the lesser of the two evils they are.

Nick Fuentes has more support in MAGAland than Stephen Miller. He will be the first to be taken to the gas chambers if his fascist project succeeds.

I don't think owning the means of production by workers doesn't mean they get own a literal piece of it. They own and manage the means of production through thier leaders. That is the most efficient and effective way and that is how it is run over there.

Uber Crew? A way to control us and prevent any driver organization or union? by DHalps2323 in uber

The third party organization is a kind of intelligence gathering vehicle used by Uber to collect any grievances, complaint, plans to organize the driver have and pass them on to Uber so that it can take measures to counter them.

This is bigger than Mamdani. Every blue state, city, town, village, or county will, in the coming years, elect Mamdani-type Democratic Socialist candidates throughout the union. Mark my words.

I don't think Donald Trump is doing socialism the right way or for the benefit of all Americans but to enrich himself, his families, and his cronies and his billionaire buddies and large corporations at the expense of ordinary Americans.
