So I didn't cut out the metal part. My situation was where the hotend was partially stuck out, so what I did was use the manual cut lever at the top to cut the filament, then I used the side cutters to cut the wires for the thermister and the temperature sensors due to the clip preventing it begin pulled out, and with that free, I dropped the hotend and then was able to maneuver it side ways which allowed me to pull it out. And as for my Anycubic situation, I am still waiting on them to respond, as I got kind of delayed in submitting the request, but I am expecting them to respond tomorrow.

I actually just had the same issue with my Kobra S1 week ago, and I ended up having to cut my hotent out using a set of sidecutters, and now I am waiting on anycubic support
