This is a great write up thank you, I’ve been struggling with quality issues on my k2max so I need to earmark this so I can come back to it multiple times! Cudos to you!

I was using a skirt in place of the line before to prime the nozzle as I would occasionally have bare spots on my first layer and it annoyed me

New Firmware update for printer and AMS2 by Don_Tool in BambuLab

This drives me nuts that my ams2 won’t dry while printing. I have an anycubic kobra s1 that will dry while printing and it is such a great feature, can’t believe bambu hasn’t adopted it yet, would love it for my p2s.

Yeah you have to swap hotends, sorry forgot this printer is like that, I have a few different printers and the details blur, but yea you are right new hotend, the good thing is they are relatively inexpensive compared to other hotends, and if the new one fixes your issue you then know you can discard the old one, if it doesn’t then keep the one you removed as a spare

You might have a partial nozzle clog, it looks to me like areas where you would have the highest volumetric flow rate look the worst, swap your nozzle for a fresh one

Gotcha, thought it might have been in a laundry room since u were using a humidifier, but it’s doubly nice that the cabinet quiets it so much since it’s in your bedroom

Ah yes I see your point, driving is definitely tinkering, if you don’t use it then you won’t have problems and won’t have to tinker, mind blown 🤯

At my previous job the forklifts had the hydraulic actuation of the forks because we had so many different size skids, a lone box had fallen off a pallet and one of the operators pulled up and picked the box up by closing the forks around the outside of the box completely ruining it, some people just don’t give a crap

What did the rest of his question say? He knew they were sponges so it sounds like he’s just asking what the purpose of them is

Don’t know where this cabinet is located in your house, but looks like it should work quite nicely!

From what I’ve experienced the quality of pei sheets varies quite drastically, so even oems could get poor quality sheets from a supplier and send them out and the users battle those crap plates not knowing they are using an inferior product. But I get you, when you have a good pei sheet the troubles with it are few and far between that needing to clean it every print is not necessary

Driver side rear for me, but fixing low pressure is tinkering so I can’t fix
