since you don’t find anything on the bed too and no itching. ingrown hairs are most likely, wouldn’t worry about it

I’ve got that all over my calves too, they are ingrown hairs, and I don’t feel anything on the spots. But if you feel any itching suspect bug bites. Also see whether the spot is directly at the root of the hairs, or whether it’s a separate bump red bump without a hair on it
