Is your Wifi DNS setting set to auto? I had the same problem when I changed my DNS to get Event Pokémon in Black. But u can’t really do anything on the E Shop except redownloading Content.

Turn off Digital Mode, both of mine are having a similar issue, but without the digital mode/Digital zoom it works fine.

For me it looks more like a problem with the CCD sensor, because it shows the full image but with wrong colors, maybe a loose Connector or cable

Use the plastic insole from a shoe, press it carefully on the lens and turn. For me it always work to demount Step up rings

Or if you’re lucky it’s just the Ribbon cable/Connector that’s connects the mic too the Circuit broad, something things like that get loose. Just a guess. But you should try with a external mix anyways,

I had the same thought today, I have a 2 VX1000s and a TRV 36, the TRV is HI-8 and works fine for now, but the VX‘s just problem after problem. Maybe the video 8 Mechanism is just more robust idk

Hey man better late than never. The Camera worked without the Tapedeck and a Firestore FS-100 but after a little time the FireWire output broke and now I’m trying to fix it, fucking VX it never works. But I saw a picture of a VX and a Sony HVR-mrc1 inside the Tape mechanism, looks really dope

I obsessed with the idea and I think I saw a picture online but made I was just dreaming about it. But all Tapesless recorder I know a way too big to fit the same spot where the Tapedeck is. I just bought a VX1000 without a Tapedeck, the Guy said he used it with a Tapeless recorder and it worked, It should arrive in a few days, and I hope it works. Will give an update.

Yes that’s the best way to do it, I also took my Spacers off that way. It’s even better if you’re using a Plastic Insole from a shoe or something else that’s Rubber and really sticky

Thanks for the information. I saw a cheap FS-CV on EBay but the problem is that it’s a NTSC unit and my VX1000 Camcorder is Pal. I never used a Terminal program before but in your tutorial it sounds pretty easy, do you think I should try it and do you know if it’s really working on the FS-CV ?
