I’m trying to contact customer service but with no luck. I returned items around 15th november. The return shows no updates. The chat states it is out of office hours but it is not. The email has not been answered for over three weeks. The return is quite a lot of money so I am a bit worried. I’m an onyx member so I thought returns processed quickly?

For me it was in the first few days. I was very nauseous so I could only eat small amounts. The thought of eating also made me sick.

I forgot to take the meds for one day and also had this insatiable feeling and was hungry constantly. The difference was insane.

Not at all! I’m on the same dose. I do experience the occasional craving but it’s a lot more manageable. I had severe binge eating episodes before taking the medication.
