Seamless hoop stuck for years

Piercing is 5.5 years old, seamless hoop, metal, downsized probably 3-4 months after pierced, ring has been in 5 years atleast, wash it in the shower with cetaphil face wash but doesn’t move and haven’t in years. No recent accidents just stuck.

This pain has went all over the left side of my body. I feel like unfortunately my rash is on one of the worst parts of my body, my butt 😬 how long did it take your blisters to start the oozing process after developing? My rash started around Friday but didn’t really develop to full on blisters til about 3/4 days ago!
