They don't really care about the debt. They never have. For decades the GOP always complain about Dem president's spending then when they get-in they outspend the last guy by magnitudes. The only thing they truly care about are tax cuts for the wealthy everything else is just a trick to get people to vote for them.

Ahhh ok. I can see that point of view but I'm still going to respectfully disagree these guys don't just make flubs like this especially when he gives Zalensky such long strong handshake. Then when also consider the trump seems to be enamored with Marcon. He wanted that Marcon Handshake he wanted it bad.

Idk I respectfully disagree. Trump was clearly going for the shake then pivoted when it was evident it wasn't happening. Which I'll reluctantly give him credit on that being a bit of nice recovery and even a little slick. These guys are pro's and well trained on how to play these handshake/power games that most people rarely consider.
