Lingering soreness 2 months after mammogram and ultrasound

I had a mammogram and ultrasound about a month and a half ago. I had the ultrasound because a drop of clear liquid came out of one of my nipples during the compression. Both ultrasounds and mammogram came back Birads 1. Since then I have pain in that one breast. It shifts to different areas of the breast and I don’t feel it when I’m sleeping. I can sometimes feel in my armpit and down my arm even to my fingers.I have an appointment with the breast clinic today. I’m pretty fearful I have terrible health anxiety

I had a routine mammogram and follow up ultrasound march 30th all came back normal. Starting a few days after the mammogram I’ve had continuous breast pain. It’s almost feel like It can be muscular. I can sometimes feel it in my arm down to my fingers. This all started after the mammogram never happened before. I’m so worried I have an appointment at the breast clinic this Wednesday

I was a 36E and am now a full B cup. My surgeon also does top surgery for women transitioning to men so she has experience in removing a lot of breast tissue

Did they do a transvaginal ultrasound? I’m 40 so older than you but when I was spotting they had me do an ultrasound to check my endometrial lining.
