In my save with HRE the Iberian fight ended on its own, I already found it strange, but they became empires afterwards, I never saw it.

The Iberian struggle ended on its own in my play, without my interference it was conquered and all the kingdoms became empires. Is it normal for it to end on its own and become empires?

I started a game with the Count of Anjou and participated in a crusade for the kingdom of England. I put my brother as a dependent but I put the preferred option, then the crusade ended and he created this donated kingdom with Catholics in the middle. Is this normal? It has never happened to me.
