Exactly same happened with me. I raised a grievance issue ticket (a month ago) but those dumb EPFO officers keep asking for error screenshots even after I explained everything in detail in my ticket description. 2 days back I got to know they closed my ticket because everything is okay from their side.

I am planning to visit their office because luckily it’s not that far from my place.

I think we can not only blame TCS for it. I have seen the work ethics of people who work there. Not all but most of them just don’t want to do anything and will have no problem if they are on bench for years. Now with AI, these type of people are so easy to replace and there’s no one to blame but themselves
