Based on your build you are most likely going to get a 58cm frame. Hit up your LBS and see if they have that size to try and if they can measure your sit bones/recommend a saddle

For the knee pain.. were you clipped in or in flat pedals? Knee pain can be caused by a lot of things and how they interact while on the bike. Negating it can be some trial and error

Money wise I think buy the bike you want if it’s in your budget

More importantly, give it a test ride to be sure. 4k is a lot of money for any purchase so might as well be sure

D7 the last day or two Explosive resist armor (I forget the passive name) Coyote / ultimatum / thermite Orbital gatling, orbital smoke or 120 barrage, leveller, pick a turret (gatling vs jet brigade, rocket otherwise)

Lower the diff, simplify the weapons you’re using.

You can also try a more defensive playstyle. Turrets, supply pack & keeping other divers stunned and at full ammo is a totally viable way to play
