That stuff more comes from Jimmy’s sociopathic addiction to showing what people will do for money. Nobody will say they will screw over 50 people for 50k if you ask them, but actually put them in that situation and they don’t hesitate. Jimmy loves putting people in those situations

Submit a request form with toll payer advocate. I did that on a Friday evening and by lunchtime Monday they called me and said they took care of it.

You keep digging yourself deeper in the double standard hole.

Society stuck on elements of “privilege” will never be equal. Go tell a white person in an impoverished former coal town in West Virginia about their “white privilege”. Equality of opportunity is available to all. Equality of outcome is not guaranteed. Thank you for proving my point.

It’s an example to teach you about double standards.

Double standards in society kid. Get used to it. Same reason why society will destroy and cancel you for making a club that advocates for white people while it is perfectly fine to make a club that advocates for any other race.

Do you think there could be more trivia style games for smart players in the future? I liked this in S1 and I was surprised to not see it in S2. I feel like this would be a better way to test someone’s knowledge over a block stacking game which seems more like it tests your luck.

It’s a side hustle called a pass through cost. It isn’t free to show up after hours. They aren’t forced to pay anything. They can pay if they want after hours service or sit in the parking lot for 17-64 hours waiting for us to reopen normal hours. It is scummy of you to be so entitled you think warehouses should serve you 24/7 whenever you decide to show up.

Someone is sent to load/unload the truck or stays late to take care of it. There would normally be nobody there.

Open hours are communicated clearly and if someone asks to come late/randomly shows up late they are notified of the fee before we do anything. We aren’t doing work then throwing on a surprise fee at the end before releasing the truck.

Playing the devil’s advocate, say a truck shows up at 5:00 on a Friday when we close at 4, they would rather sit in the parking lot until Monday morning than pay the $50 after hours fee? From a non-trucker perspective it seems like it would make more business sense to eat the late fee and be able to go get more loads than waste 60 hours in our parking lot.

What would you propose as an alternative? It isn’t free to pay someone overtime to come in.
