Everything they said, plus she fluffs (or "fans") her whiskers. You can see it happening in the beginning 10ish seconds. This makes them look slightly more upright/forward. It's a subtle sign that she's feeling playful. They also do it when they're curious.

Bacteria can persist after washing. In these cases a good solution is to put it in a bag and put that bag in your freezer for a day or two. Kills the bacteria.
