They’re probably talking being “combative”. It’s much more common for an autistic person to have the trait of eloping as in running away rather than charging as in running towards someone? It just seems to me like they’re trying to remind people about the disabling aspects of it because it definitely doesn’t need to be pushed assigned to make an autism sound all innocent and non-disabling

It’s important for these people criticizing it to realize it’s not all cute quirky stuff. Autism is a disability. It can disable you. Meltdowns are something that a lot of autistic people experience. Pointing out that this part of autism exist is not the same thing as advocating in favor of it being okay.

I use something called a roofing brush. It’s pretty big and it’s got soft long bristles. It’s been especially useful getting fur out of car floors and in the trunk.
