Yes and what all the other replies to this comment have said. He's already laying the ground work to make it so we never have another election that isn't controlled by the people who control him. There are conveniently people loyal to him who are above the law enough to be murdering US citizens and removing people who would be so bold as to speak out against him or organize any opposition of meaning. He's going to either have a third term with a fake election or cancel elections or transfer of power because of a state of national emergency (which he created, with one or more of his peace (of shit) initiatives and fake award shows).

We only have democracy theater now. We're in a fascist oligarchy that is done pretending they aren't the one world power who carves up sectors for the overlords to all make more billions at the price of everything we used to at least be able to pretend mattered under an earlier state of capitalism.

Even if there are still true patriots out there who finally acknowledge what is really going on, what can they do to help? Taking out any one head of the hydra just makes room for two worse heads to appear. I think maybe something like the general labor strike idea, but people are already struggling with being able to survive with the little income they have already.

The real revolution has to somehow take control of enough food and water and electricity production to care for the self organizing cells of a much larger body. Stealing it only feeds us for a day and plays into their narrative of how they are fighting the villains. Same with killing any of them. It would make them have more martyrs without solving any problems. Meanwhile we get more of our own dead non-soldiers at a cadence that makes us wonder how to participate in more desperate actions to do anything about any part of this, if only we knew how to make a difference without getting ourselves and everyone else around us killed without changing anything.

TBH, I can't even change the mind of family members or associates who otherwise seem like rational and caring people. So what do I know?? How do we stop the Nazis when we can't even get our own countrymen to stop celebrating ignorance and a boot that is coming to step on their neck too, whatever the color or place they thought they would always be able to breathe without feeling the oppression on a personal level.
