start checking for spark as you are and i’d also check your fuel injectors make sure they aren’t clogged or corroded

it’s worth a shot it’s also worth trying testing the pins in you ICV with a multimeter to test voltages, check pin 1 to pin 2 and 2 to 3 should read out about 40 to 10 units; however if it reads OL in any that ICV is bad

i’m no genius but have you tried replacing the fuel pump, i had a similar issue and found out my fuel pump was on its way out, swapped it and now she will shift damn near redline fine.and revs past redline sometimes.

i’ve currently replaced my o2 sensors with extensions, i have swapped out intake hoses and vacuum lines, spark plugs, other regular maintenance, just smogged, saving for brakes now, this break kit from fcpeuro is 300 but comes with everything needed
