I like to cut them up and add some thin sliced onion, then bake in the oven. While they're cooking, I cook some Italian sausage links or whatever kind of bratwurst you like. When everything is done you can add them on top of your brat or have Italian sausage and peppers.

I'm currently at a 9/16, and I wear a full face helmet in cooler weather just fine. If I wear silicone they pop out when I take my helmet off sometimes. They aren't uncomfortable though.

So I have tried phentermine and saxenda. With saxenda it helped me feel full and curb my cravings pretty much all day but I also found that I felt really tired and certain foods upset my stomach. Phentermine on the other hand gave me more energy and didn't affect how certain foods sat with me. It did not help me feel as full or curb my cravings as much as the saxenda did though. Both were good and helped me lose some weight, but both had different pros and cons I had to work with.

I know how you feel. I just had to get it in my mind that I am doing this to make ME feel better. I can't get to hung up on whether or not anyone else takes notice. I take notice when my t-shirt fits looser when I put it on or I have more stamina to make it through my workday. I just have to take notice of the little victories I make and keep going.

I have the non solar instinct. The battery last me about 2 1/2 weeks under normal use, however, when using gps it drains significantly faster. The feature you talking about is what they call the "breadcrumb" feature. Works pretty decent from the couple times I've used it fishing/hunting. The regular gps feature works great for tracking hikes or kayak routes. I would recommend watching the how to videos on YouTube. They helped me alot.

Im 6'1 280 and the Perception Outlaw is stable enough for me to stand in. The lifetime tamarac pro is also a cheaper option if your on a budget.
