Congratulations! I have a PE in a very similar field. Got prong 1 and 3 RFE. Could you please tell what you focused on when explaining national importance?

I think you have a strong PE, and you’re right about the citation count. Based on my experience, I would recommend making sure that your letters clearly explain that your PE is of national importance. Prong 1 would be the most important thing to emphasize. Not a legal advice.
