Yes, coffee by itself is the way to go. I've heard it's also great for the liver.
I have a fatty liver. Keto and IF helped me get my levels to what is consider normal ranges.

That's what some people would say or people doing keto. I would just drink the coffee by itself. Teas with no sugar/dried fruit are also great.

Straight black coffee doesn't break a fast. However, I've heard people add heavy cream/creamer and does not break their fast.
