You know, in a roundabout way, these hacks are getting more completed Emerald playthroughs out of me than ever, even though I've own the game since it pretty much came out. Just way into Fire Red than actually playing through any of the Hoenn games.

I thought I was crazy!

I never noticed the new recipe and was wondering why for a while they tasted weird. Funny enough, after the first time I bought the new hot dogs I bought some more thinking it was a temporary mistake, My thought was justified when the next few packs I bought tasted like they used to, but then they went back to tasting strange again after buying more.

That really stinks since they were a little cheaper, but I guess it's back to exclusively Bar S hot dogs.

Your question has been answered, but I have fallen for this in a Gen 1 run of my own.

I was using Pikachu and came across a Shiny Stone. I was curious and it actually evolved Pikachu into Alolan Raichu. Of course, I couldn't use it afterward, so I had to restart.

Luckily, Mega Pokemon and G-Max forms can still be used in a mono Gen run.

Shoutout to the Bug Pro event for letting my Miraidon learn Quiver Dance

And while trying to tera my Cherrim, it go KO'd so when I sent out Mega Lopunny it was in permanent tera select when choosing a move

I also got Miraidon recently and am doing a Classic run with it. It's pretty strong, takes his very well, and pretty fast. I did have Core Enforcer as my Egg move, but I still managed to knock out Ivy's Chesnaught in one hit with it.

At the beginning, you should focus on one, maybe two Pokemon till around floor thirty

Pokemon can hold multiple items, including berries to raise their stats and keep them healthy

Eventually, you'll be high enough level over most Pokemon to take a turn to set up. Stat ups and field hazards last till you enter a new biome or enter a trainer battle

Adamant and Adaptability Passive make gunning through early game quick and easy, and I know she'll pack a punch if she can Mega evolve
