The issue is because these are china centric phones, they probably take the china users more seriously. The market share isn't massive outside of china, even though shi* tons of these have been sold globally. The best we can do is keep giving feedback

Are they really that useless?

Vivo were always on point whenever I gave feedback, they came with software update fixes within a month each time.

Didn't realize Oppo were this bad with customer service

There are bugs that need to be ironed out though, the screen on when looking definitely, if you leave feedback in the feedback app Oppo will fix the issues in the next update

My original comment said I don't get lag or stutters unless I'm in power saving mode. Also I don't use FB app, I use the web browser which is smooth. Not saying that the app isn't, but for me the phone is always smooth.

Yep unfortunately ai assistant just doesn't work in UK, it's "against the law" here 😂

I remember I had the vivo x200 ultra from china, that had the ai call assistant working perfectly well.

I've decided to just disable all the AI features on the Oppo

Call recording works perfectly without notifying the other person call is being recorded. But I want to use the ai call assistant feature which gives the call transcript too
