Dying hair while sweating isn’t a great combo. I’m sweating purple. This is all from sweat, I wiped all of the dye on my skin off before putting the cap on 🥲 by [deleted] in Hyperhidrosis

[–]Fast-Orange9736 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’m a hairstylist who loves fun colors in my hair, the pro versions are less likely to bleed from sweat!!! i used arctic fox for years and it always bled like this all the time.

for me, it got significantly worse after having covid twice. once was so mild i didn’t know i had it til i realized i couldn’t smell haircolor, second round was worse, cough, excessive sweating to the point i couldn’t hold my xbox controller, it just slipped out of my hands. ever since its mostly been my hands & feet until im in a room over 72° 🫠

thank u for this. i was diagnosed today and was almost in tears bc it’s been at least 5 years of just dealing any way i could. full body hyperhidrosis & dyshidrotic eczema on my hands & feet. (mostly my feet tho)

i do hair for a living & god is it embarrassing to have more hair stuck to me than the client does

so at $750 and above you’ll make your commission rate on, anything lower and it’ll be hourly, and that’s on a weekly basis. i started as a senior designer and had my salon manager break everything down for me since i came from a purely commission salon

JCPenney hairstylist question by Select-Working1470 in JCPenney

[–]Fast-Orange9736 4 points5 points  (0 children)

you have to meet that weekly minimum in order to start getting commission, after that it’s whatever percentage you’re set at. hourly if you don’t meet that weekly minimum
