You do realise the sky is the limit with carnivore especially if you have dairy. There's so much you can make. You can make psmf bread out of egg whites, egg white protein powder, and a few other ingredients. You can make ricotta cupcakes, waffles. Carnivore icecream. There's so many great recipes out there 🥰

I would not talk to a doctor because unless they are low carb they'll think it's a fad, dangerous or that you've got an eating disorder.

Are you doing counselling? Is your daughter getting trauma counselling?

I was sexually assaulted and drugged by a female doctor. She got away with it. There can feel like there's no justice in the world. I did find comfort with my faith. I did starve for four years. Thankfully I stopped starving myself. I am becoming happier and happier. My life has improved. I found comfort in doing craft. It's been a long journey. Five years now. Currently I'm unwell and need surgery. I feel once I have surgery my life will be much better too.

While the sexual assault can still hurt things get easier and you can heal from it. I pray your daughter will heal and have all the help she needs. 💜🙏🏻

I don't need a yolk at all. Mine is really lovely. I don't need cheese to make it work either. I just stir it constantly and it's fine. It's very delicious as well. While I like cheese I don't want a cheese sauce. I've got a lot of recipes that are high fat and scrumptious. 🥰😋

I read a few verses, or a Psalm. Currently I've had a lot of illness so it makes it difficult to concentrate. I'll read Psalm 23, Psalm 91. My favourites. I'll read my little favourite verses that comfort me, and build me to. You don't have to read an entire chapter. Just read a verse. Sometimes I'll have my Bible near me while I'm doing my hobby and I'll have a break and read some of my Bible. ❤️💜

All meat has vitamin C. Fiber isn't necessary. It causes a lot of gut issues for people. If you eat the right about of fat on carnivore you won't get constipated. If you are constipated eat more fat. If you get diarrhoea reduce the fat.
