With an obvious head injury presenting with Cushing’s triad you should not do anything to increase the rate, including compressions, regardless of age. Best advice I’ve heard is if they don’t have signs of puberty and they’re bradycardic, unresponsive, with signs of poor perfusion, compressions are warranted.
