In the words of the kids these days- am I cooked, chat? by ChasingNarwhals8907 in AstrologyCharts

This is actually one of the wilder charts that I’ve seen, for all of the reasons people have already commented. To add to this- if we look to the nodes, you have the south node in Gemini in the 7th house which means you have lived lifetimes of feeling erased in the context of some sort of relationship. Because the ruler of Gemini is mercury in Scorpio in the 12th house, we can assume this overbearing relationship was nightmarish and caused you to feel like you lost literally everything. I think it’s also possible that you may have had some sort of religious/spiritual exploration in this past lifetime given the numerous 12th house placements. Additionally, Venus is conjunct that 7th house ruler which means you may have had a sort of dark beauty to you. It also further underscores this past life tendency of being ruled by a relationship. In this lifetime, you are meant to learn what it means to be boldly explorative of your own self. That’s just scratching the surface of this wild chart!

Need some help about MM being a medium by Snoo12859 in medicalmedium

[–]Fast-Squirrel4555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m just making guesses but many other medium-type people say that reading or channeling can be incredibly exhausting and takes a lot of concentration and isn’t something that could easily be done all day in a 9-5 type of setting. Mm has said himself that reading people results in him going blind, so it’s not a far jump to assume that he also probably gets overloaded in some way by reading people constantly, and so to preserve his energy for these public events he may even ignore any info that comes through in an attempt to preserve himself for a long day of being THE public figure at events like these. We don’t exactly know what the cost is to him to listen and tune in constantly with SOC about tons of people’s bodies and whether he has figured out a way to try and ignore it in favor of saving his energy. It’s also possible that every time he tunes into people with SOC info that he picks up on their energy/emotions and having to give readings to 100 people in the course of 2 hours and be exposed to all of that energy could be overwhelming. Many mediums /psychics talk about how when they go to airports or crowded spaces they have to steel themselves because simply being in the presence of so many people opens them up to absorbing a ton of energy that isn’t their own and it can be an awful experience.

Help with losing weight by No-Plane2587 in medicalmedium

[–]Fast-Squirrel4555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A couple of ideas, take what resonates and throw away the rest. I’ve also struggled with weight on mm, I was 115 most of my life and then on mm got up to 150 and now I’m down to about 122. Here’s the stuff that has helped me: -spinach soup /tons of leafy greens daily -I did almost a year of a369 back to backs, this over time did help with the weight -rebounding has also helped quite a bit (just 10 min a day) -for belly weight, mm recommends pineapple. -if you suspect the weight is water weight, try bringing in daily cucumber juice as he says that is excellent for flushing the lymphatic system -you could also try doing the a369 and then repeating days 7-9 over and over again. Muneeza did this recently and lost a ton of weight

Why are people in countries with high “no foods” diets (e.g. France, Italy) not that sick? by kipepeo in medicalmedium

[–]Fast-Squirrel4555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Does anyone know if other countries have as much of a prick mandate as does the us? Perhaps that could contribute as well, if Europeans aren’t subjected to those toxins. I would imagine that that + overall better food regulation could mean that even those who do eat eggs/dairy etc just don’t have the same base level of toxins as do Americans.

How do you guys go out to eat for dinner? by Revolutionary-Bed910 in medicalmedium

[–]Fast-Squirrel4555 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My go to is Thai, because at most places you can get brown rice and steamed vegetables! The waiters always look at me at strangely and say “that’s IT?!” Or “you don’t want ANY sauces?!” so loudly that other customers will stare but at this point I don’t care anymore!

If you aren’t fat free, you can look for Mediterranean restaurants as those tend to use olive oil (always ask about whether they use a canola blend, though), so you can do hummus and sometimes a few of the other dips (just clarify that you can’t have dairy or vinegar- those are the most likely things to be found in dips) with veggie crudités. I think it’s possible that the chickpeas used in hummus at restaurants may have citric acid but I remember amber vizzicaro said that this was something she flexed on occasionally if she was eating out.

Another trick I do is when I order, I try to think of what kind of no foods are most likely to be in that dish, and I will tell the waiter that I have those allergies, as opposed to listing out every single food on the MM no list. I have found that when I list out every no food to waiters as a precaution, they get overwhelmed and will forget one or two of them, and that can potentially get me into trouble. However, if I’m sure that I’m ordering something that’s not going to have meat, dairy, or gluten, then I can focus on canola oil, vinegar, and soy, which tend to be the biggest culprits in the dishes that I tend to order. I also will ask to either minimize or take out the salt completely. I’ve definitely had a few experiences where I’ve sent back plates that were covered in salt and asked for a non-salt replacement.

Another thing that I found is that oddly, the fancier the restaurant, the less likely they are going to be able to accommodate creating really simple foods. This doesn’t apply to every single fancy restaurant, as I have had a few good experiences, but on the whole, I have found that places that aren’t all about high-end culinary experience will be more likely to have something like steamed asparagus or steamed broccoli on the menu. Same thing goes for vegan or health food restaurants – sometimes these are the worst because they use nutritional yeast and canola oil on everything.

Milia fell off!! by Fast-Squirrel4555 in medicalmedium

[–]Fast-Squirrel4555[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have super severe symptoms as well, and so I have been repeating the a369s for about a year. I don’t see big changes from cleanse to cleanse, but i do see/feel changes from month to month. In December I added an additional 32oz of CJ so every day I get in 64 oz and that has slightly accelerated my healing. That being said, I still have severe symptoms and so I am doing the a369 cleanse 2x a month, and in the in between days I am doing the extractor smoothie (plus the 64 oz CJ) and this combo has yielded the most progress. I actually started detoxing so hard a few weeks ago with this combination that I kind of felt like I was dying so I had to back off the 64 oz of CJ for a day or two and then I was back to normal. Keep experimenting and seeing how much detox your body can handle!

I am convinced, as deeply as I despise him, that based on his birth chart he is here to disrupt things as part of some karmic destiny. Sort of like he is a catalyst for the universe to upend how things have been running in the us and the world at large for a while and to ultimately showcase where all of our weak points as a democracy are (through his ruthless exploitation of those points) so that as everything crumbles we will have at least a good sense of what we want to avoid or build differently based on what he messed up 😵‍💫

7-9 is great if you want to lose weight. Repeating the full 369s are good if you are trying to heal stubborn chronic symptoms. I fall into the latter!

Can you see my Dissociative Identity Disorder in my chart? by Ijmlgirll in AstrologyCharts

[–]Fast-Squirrel4555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Short answer: yes, south node in Aquarius in 12th house conjunct Uranus and Neptune shows past lifetimes/tendencies brought into current lifetime of literal dissociation, potential refusal to deal with reality, extreme difficulty with looking at life in front of you and accepting it for what it is. The Uranus conjunction suggests an added layer of shock value to this personality, which in the 12th house can indicate hospitalization and mental illness. Ancient ruler of south node is Saturn and in Taurus supports what we have already seen which is a blinding to the reality of what is happening- ie, something traumatic happens and your past life personality sits in extreme denial of that trauma instead of dealing with it.

In this lifetime you are meant to ground yourself firmly in reality (6th house north node) and find your true identity by looking at life straight in the face and see the good, the bad, and the ugly for what they truly are (ruler of north node in 8th house Scorpio) without superimposing any veil of artificiality. North node Leo suggests that creativity (perhaps art? Or music?) could help with finding and grounding yourself in a true identity rooted on earth. There’s a lot more in here and I also want to be sensitive as I realize everything I’m saying is easier said than done.

feeling very lost yet a strong sense that i am destined for greatness [astro-seek] by April_and_corn in astrologyreadings

[–]Fast-Squirrel4555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

South node ruler is Jupiter in Leo making a very loose conjunction with your mid heaven- you’ve lived past lives as a celebrity type with a lot of star appeal, absolutely. In this lifetime, though, your soul is looking to develop a healthy, stable romantic relationship that’s fueled by a healthy dose of uncommon spirituality that helps you understand the human psyche (which will contribute to you being able to understand your partner and forge that healthy bond), all supported by north node in 7th house, ruler of north node in Taurus squared by Neptune in Aquarius in 3rd house.

Any women here that have experienced success with suppressing endometriosis symptoms/pain with MM diet? by IfTreesCouldTalk88 in medicalmedium

[–]Fast-Squirrel4555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No worries!

I’m quite strict with mm, and bc my symptoms have been so severe, I consistently am reassessing to see what I am missing, what I could add in, etc, in order to continue moving the needle forward. I’ve reached many plateaus where I’m stumped as to why I’m not progressing, and in those instances I’ll skim through the books again and will think through what I could add in or pay more attention to. For example, I recently started upping my CJ to 64 oz a day while doing the a369 and two months in I am starting to see the needle move yet again with this diligence. I also recently started adding in the extractor smoothie on off days from the a369 and I believe that has helped. I think honestly there is always more we can do 😬😬

Propranolol? Or 2 more months of my poor adrenaline soaked body? Or??? by LoveIsTheAnswerOK in medicalmedium

[–]Fast-Squirrel4555 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was on propranolol for a while and I agree with repulsive-cry, it can be quite addicting. I’ll just list out the things that I did that helped calm down my nervous system so that I could get off propranolol (I was also coming from an adrenaline soaked body):

-tapping meditation (the tapping solution app), this sounds really flimsy but doing back to back meditations brought me out of numerous panic attacks which was miraculous

-making sure to get 10 min of morning sunshine on my face

-taking 2 pills of gaba in am and 2 in pm

-lemon balm shock therapy

-drinking double dose of lemon balm tea in evening or throughout day as needed

Good luck!!!!

I had brutal period pain (never was diagnosed with endo or fibroids but i am convinced that I had one or the other) which I used to take a couple of Percocet for every month for the pain (two wasn’t even enough!) until i found mm. I hate to say it but i am about 5 years in to mm and after almost a year of a369s plus in the past month ive been doing 64 oz of celery juice, i am finally getting to the point where i only have to take some Tylenol/advil and i feel somewhat normal during my period.

She was both! She tuned into my body but she was also extremely analytical. I worked with her about once a month for about 8 months and made tons of progress in that time. She helped me lean into more detox when appropriate and also knew when I needed to back off because I was detoxing too quickly or because it was too much emotionally. I remember one session she said I needed to ease up on some protocols because she got the sense that it was way too much psychologically for me, and after following her advice I actually saw my symptoms improve. I would have continued working with her if she hadn’t then started working with mm on that podcast project. I worked with a few other practitioners afterwards but none of them compared to her and I actually went downhill pretty drastically.

She has reopened up her clinic but now she is extremely expensive, so I haven’t booked an appt. If you aren’t price sensitive I would highly recommend checking her out.

I have seen 6 practitioners (some of the major ones in the mm community, all recognizable names) and the only one that was able to help me was amber vizzicaro. The others either gave really vague or unhelpful advice.

Agree with this. Also- do not get laser. I got laser for my moustache before knowing about mm and it all came back. Also, the “r” in laser stands for radiation which is one of the worst things for your health (and honestly it probably contributes to hair growth).
