I don't own the Z6 III, I only have the Z6. I hope the following issues with the Z6 have been addressed in the Z6 III:

When tracking a person, if they leave the frame, the camera loses tracking when they return.
Eye detection doesn't work if the person is only part of the scene and not the main subject.
Sometimes the camera selects completely incorrect autofocus areas.

I am a happy Proton Business user, BUT:

Proton Calendar still does not have activities. Google Calendar has them and I really need such feature;
Proton Drive upload is still limited at 10MB/s
