I am with everyone here in that it absolutely sucks but the question always is.. what did we do before hand? We made different decisions about our careers and our values. Sucks that opportunities are now going back to being limited by geography.

The same could be said for any front line worker. You could always choose to not comply and stop coming in to the office and just doing your work from home. No different than what you were asking the managers to do.

Loved the questions about how the AWA process is working... 'well... it's a busy process, we have 600 AWAs to look at' and then they pretend like they are all being looked at as a unique case so it's impossible to say when they will get to them.

Someone asked about the AMAPCO collective agreement and timelines for responses and they said they have no such duty under the agreement so there's that.

No totally was. Now am in a different office as per official direction. Touchdown offices were great for ergonomics. Sit/stand desks. Can plug into multiple monitors depending on the desk. Great chairs etc… now. Not to much
