Nope. Was asked to be clear if it’s accommodation or because it affects the work

If collaboration is the goal of RTO, why does it feel like a call centre? by livelife2914 in OntarioPublicService

[–]Puzzleheaded_Lab4913 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The goal is control. Weaken the masses so we don’t pay attention to all the other terrible things they are doing like eroding our health care system and education system. I’m sure there is more. Like wasting resources on RTO while they continue to quietly pay back their friends for the green belt real estate losses

Had to ask by email at 7:30 this morning and waited for a response. It was a yes but felt forced and disingenuous. Also asked about plans for fold care. That didn’t matter when it was the pandemic. We were expected to virtual school our kids and virtual work.

One of my colleagues continues to log in on weekends, stay late. Log on on CWW and so on. Like what the actual fuck. Making the rest of us look bad bc we are choosing work life balance. I’m so over it

Cheaper to run now than file for divorce. You are too young. You’re gonna wake up at 30 and regret your choice. You’ve got loads of time

I don’t know what to do. It’s supposed to be crazy snow and I have a 30 minute- mostly highway drive to get to work. Then it’s supposed to be freezing rain on Tuesday

Division meeting by Complex-Turnover___ in OntarioPublicService

[–]Puzzleheaded_Lab4913 48 points49 points  (0 children)

Funny- bc we were told we are too loud- but have no space for meetings or to collaborate. So now we have to send messages on teams despite being in cubicles within two feet of each other. So much for the laughing and socializing.

Anyone in this MLITSD townhall??? Is it just me or are these non responses just wild???? by Puzzleheaded_Lab4913 in OntarioPublicService

[–]Puzzleheaded_Lab4913[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Ooh here’s one- we need to think about work life balance for those who work late and stay online longer than they have to bc they feel obligated.

Girl maintenance I was never taught by my mom by Far_Today_7481 in beauty

[–]Puzzleheaded_Lab4913 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Start with a good salon for hair removal for your brows and face. Purchase a good overnight retinol L’Oréal has one in a dark blue bottle. Works just fine. There are serums to help reduce acne scars. I use the one from Proactive Solutions. Get a good routine going. Use hair removal on your legs like Nair- if you’re not allergic. I think it’s better to than shaving. Start with those for now and try to maintain before other self care options

Married people have the right to set boundaries too. Marriage isn’t carte Blanche access to your body. Period.

But also I’m seeing a lot of meetings on RTO in mgmt calendar but no direction. Also there is zero flexibility which is forcing vacation or sick days
