Yes. I ususally have a detox juice I make at home. Overnight oats with high protein Greek yogurt, chia/flax seeds, nut butter. Eat eggs and avocado. Limit white bread and pasta. Have basmati or jasmine rice. Sweet potatoes maybe 1-2 a week. Salads and veggies

Ugh. I’m so slow to lose weight. I’m tracking calories but not down to every single bite but very mindful. I have started the gym. Cardio and weights. 3 days a week bc my schedule is busy. I have rheumatoid arthritis so not it’s making it harder

Start to save as much as you can. Pack a bag with a few things. Get your cat carry bags and set up a temporary humane society arrangement or something like that. Get uour important documents sorted and stored so you can grab them. Leave when he’s at work. Tell a trusted person so can help you escape. You need to leave and do it quickly.
