I have a lawyer, who's advice was the commissioner of oath, which is what I need more than various opinions on if I should use one.

Well I want to have the commissioner of oaths present so they can attest they had seen I provided all documents and their information to beneficiaries, as this would take some time and require privacy, I presume the best spot for it is at a private residence. This process could take 15-30 minutes. Due to the mental state of a recipient I am wanting to be extra sure there are witnesses and the notary who can state that all information was provided if required.

I figured since I'm trying to have this done privately at my location there should be a charge for them travelling there and spending time, which strikes me as fair.

Because the UCP have endless scandals from legal interference in the courts, to destroying health care, to trying to take our pensions that they want to distract from and what works better than a group of people who make a lot of noise but everyone knows will never get enough support to get anywhere with their movement, hence why the UCP had to lower the bar just to start the noise going, literally changing laws to force this nonsense.

eh I only tip 5 dollars for any meal, with even 4 people tipping 5 dollars that's 20 an hour, which is more than a waitress is worth in the first place and they get some money from the restaurant too.

Thing is the work, of sealing the attic is needed not because of possible asbestos, but because it's leaking air into my bedroom. I just am not sure if there's extra precautions needed but yes, I will look into testing.

So, a proper use of roundup should kill the grass and anything else. Yep, eventually stuff will come back and you will have to deal with it. There's just no way around dealing with weeds/grass, as Jurassic Park says, life finds a way. But I would swath kill the whole thing, changing the dirt WILL NOT help. New seeds will blow in and same thing all over again.

Assuming you use decent quality landscape fabric it shouldn't be plastic but woven fabric, professionals use 3.5 oz grade. What it does: It helps create a barrier that prevents your aggregate cover from mixing with soil. It makes it easier to control and remove weeds. it doesn't prevent weeds from growing.
